I’m a competitive body builder who has been competing for 16 years, I started training in 1998 when I moved to Hartlepool where I trained at eddy Ellwood’s fitness world, who was my idol, eddy Ellwood, Mr universe at the time who took me to watch him guest pose at NABBA North Britain, this was my first time seeing a bodybuilder on stage.

In 2000 I moved back to my own town where I was determined to step foot on stage as a body builder, In 2003 I competed in NABBA UK first timers, I got 3^rd.

Pushing myself into 2004 me myself again competed in Novice North Britain where I got 1^st place of out 15 competitors I was incredibly over the moon and this is when I seem to got the BUG.

Me and my wife Kim have owned Ginners Supplements since 2016, previously I was a manager for Body-Active supplement store. I have numerous of clients that I’ve got ready for competitions and some clients that wanted to have a healthier life style. I love to see progress in my clients and to help them achieve their goals.
